As adoption to new technology in the water industry continues to grow, more and more utilities see the value and flexibility that comes with cloud based customer management software. At Ampstun, we train between two to three new utility customers on our platform every week. Because our product specialists provide both the training and remote support, we realized that our current growth rate required an expansion of the product specialist team. Earlier this month, Ampstun hired and is currently training a group of new product specialists that will be up to speed for technical support starting in June. This expansion will grow our support team by 60% and will help us maintain our commitment to quality, reliable support.
